This collander has been worn well. How many garden vegetables has it drained?! There are no cracks but lots of rubbed places around the top edge and handles. Even the original ring of wire remains on one handle where the owner hung it on the wall for storage (and maybe because she liked to look at it). Found in Indiana, it is remarkable.
